Most “electric machines” are toys or compromises. EXD started with a harder brief: build platforms that do a diesel machine's job — lifting, loading, pushing — with a drivetrain clean and quiet enough to run inside a shed, and simple enough to maintain yourself.

Every EXD machine runs on a Powered Motion drivetrain — a proprietary reduction gearbox with direct-drive BLDC motors that outputs around 10 kN, replacing the hydraulic circuit entirely. It's the IP that makes the whole range possible.
